Ora reads weekly ads the way it reads shelves: store by store, item by item. This is every deal in this week's Dave's Markets ad, for all 12 stores in and around Cleveland.
The numbers
The ad for September 16 to 22 comes in three versions for 128 deals. Of the 128, 62 need more than one in the cart: 51 are "N for $X", 5 are buy one get one, and 6 are priced per item only when you buy two or three. 114 tiles print a save amount. The biggest is $21.38, on 7-Up brands, buy two get two free.
A deal is a family
Dave's writes its ad as product families. "Kellogg's Cereals, select varieties, 2 for $7" is one tile, and it names eight cereals from Frosted Mini Wheats to Corn Pops. 80 of the 128 tiles say select varieties or assorted, and 38 carry a size range like 13.3 to 16 oz.
