The numbers
Anyone who sells goods in Texas needs a sales tax permit. The state record names the owner, the address, the category of store, and the date of the first sale. These permits were issued between August 1 and October 24, 2026.
Some of these stores are already open. The rest have a permit and no business listing yet. Every record has an owner, either a person or a company.
