248 is a US-based AI consulting company that works with Fortune 500 companies to design and implement production-ready LLM solutions.

Our in-house agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability platform powers our engagements. We are looking for strong fullstack and AI engineers to join our team.

The Job

You’ll work on building new features for our agent-orchestration platform or with our enterprise customers to implement cutting edge, custom multi-agent solutions for them across sales, customer support, or operations.

The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience across the stack or in backend/ML role
• 2+ years of continuous work as an engineer in at least one company
• Strong english grammar
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (ex FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy)
• Understanding front-end development using React, Next.js
• Basic exposure to AI or LLMs (OpenAI API, Langchain, Langgraph, etc)
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Ability to write clean code and tests

Exceptions

• Limited/no frontend knowledge is OK if you have strong production LLM experience 
• Limited/no LLM knowledge is OK if you have strong fullstack experience

Nice to Haves

• Production experience with LLMs and RAG
• DevOps experience in AWS
• Data pipelines experience
• Strong React/NextJS experience
• NodeJS experience
