Every Airport Chick-fil-A in Denver Traces to One Office

Denver has 8 Chick-fil-As: 5 street stores and 3 inside Denver International Airport. We pulled the business license and state records behind every one.

Six owner groups, zero chains. The concentration is at the airport: Colorado Secretary of State records tie all three DIA licensee entities to one office at 8231 E Prentice Ave in Greenwood Village, home of David Mosteller's Skyport Hospitality.

One office, three airport licensees

Lounge 5280 runs the Concourse C store. Skyport Holdings runs Concourse A. State records collapse them to one company: both are registered to David Mosteller's Skyport Hospitality at 8231 E Prentice Ave in Greenwood Village.

The Concourse B store belongs to CI DRC, LLC, a joint venture of Concessions International of Atlanta and Michael De La Rosa's Delarosa Restaurant Concepts. Its registered agent is a Mosteller entity, and its principal address is the same Skyport office. We keep it a separate owner group: ownership per press is the joint venture, and the shared address is a back-office link, not proof of equity. On paper, every airport chicken sandwich in Denver routes through one Greenwood Village address.

  • Colorado Secretary of State records: registered agents and principal addresses for every licensee entity.
  • Chick-fil-A's own locator pages: named operators and store numbers for every location.

Limitations: Denver city and county only, the Glendale enclave store is excluded. The license table has no addresses and no issue dates, so three street stores have no traceable license row and turnover is omitted. State records name registered agents, not owners; principals come from press and Chick-fil-A's operator pages.
